Well, after a series and weeks of speculations on ‘Shekhar Ab Dobara Karega’, we know for sure that Shekhar Suman would make a comeback as the host of ‘Movers and Shakers’ on SAB TV. The channel’s spokesperson has gone on record to state that Movers and Shakers would retain its original flavor, funny lines, witty takes on contemporary issues, tit bits about everything that concerns the common man. The only difference that one would notice is a more matured Shekhar who would despite his unique style would cater to a much larger audience today ranging from teenagers to retirees.
At a time when comedy shows and reality shows aka comedy circuses are at an all time hilt and some have become too uncanny to like, Shekhar Sumar returning with Movers and Shakers is certainly a leash of fresh air. Let the potshots at politicians and celebrities begin and we hope despite ageing, Shekhar is still at his phenomenal and funniest best when it comes to tickling our funny bones.
