One of the most beloved dailies on prime time television Bade Ache Lagte Hain is set to undergo another major twist in the tale. After having created ripples across the industry and among the audience with a lip lock of the lead pair of Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar on the small screen, the tale is geared up to take a leap of five long years.
The story takes a turn and five years later Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar would still be married but not to each other. Ram Kapoor would be marrying (Sakshi Tanwar’s) Priya’s sister Ayesha. Priya would also be married to a different man whose identity is being kept under the wraps and has not been disclosed to any section of the media or by the channel.
Ayesha has been wronged by Ram Kapoor’s reel life step brother who leaves Ayesha after learning of her pregnancy. Talk about sense of guilt or to lend a shoulder for support, Ram Kapoor would tie the knot with Ayesha.
The serial had been a long awaited leap of faith for the producer Ekta Kapoor who braved out of saas bahu sagas and offered a fresh lease of life to dramas on small screen with the love story of the matured couple. Bade Ache Lagte Hain had been one of the rare daily soaps that have been generating impressive TRPs and the audience surely loves the lead pair and the entire premise.
It remains to be seen how much the audience would lap up this twist, the leap of five years and the fact that their loved on screen couple would no longer be together but married to others.
