Farah Khan has been a name to reckon with in Bollywood. From having choreographed songs for almost two decades including blockbusters ‘Virasat’, ‘Dil Se’, ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hain’ and more recently all the item songs that featured Sheila, Munni and the likes, she had also ventured out as a director with ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Om Shanti Om’ and is geared up to produce ‘Joker’ after her failed attempt with producing ‘Tees Maar Khan’

After several short cameos in almost ten films, she is all set to debut as an actor with ‘Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi’.

‘Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi’ is the story of Shirin (Farah Khan) and Farhad (Boman Irani) who are both on the wrong side of their 40s. They are single and have absolutely no hope of finding love, until they meet each other that is. Farhad is a salesman and his relatives and friends have lost all hope that he would ever get married. But the unforeseen happens and the duo’s lives get entangled in a weird, funny and romantic joyride.

‘Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi’ is an all out comedy directed by Bela Bhansali Sehgal, sister of master filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is also incidentally producing the film along with Eros Entertainment. The screenplay and dialogues have been penned by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
