Ghost is the movie that marks Shiney Ahuja’s return to Bollywood after his homecoming from a jail sentence due to certain personal life controversies that put him in the front page of newspapers & tabloids a few months back. The story tells the tale of a hospital that witnesses gruesome murders with no clue about the suspect. A special team of investigation headed by Officer Vijay Singh (Shiney Ahuja) is appointed to find the culprit but all attempts to do so fail terribly while the murders seem to continue. Amidst the killings, a young recruit Dr Suhani (Sayali Bhagat) enters the scene & tries to understand the reason behind these fateful incidents but is left clueless. As an investigating officer she is questioned by Vijay Singh in more than one instance when they both realize an instant connection between each other.

As the death toll rises, both Vijay and Dr Suhani themselves begin to experience a sequence of events that make them realize the involvement of a supernatural evil spirit behind the hospital murders. They further take the help of many external forces to fight the spirit and just like the ending of most Indian horror movies, good wins over bad and the couple manages to shun the evil spirit away for good.

‘Ghost’ is produced by Bharat Shah, in association with Owl Village Films Private Ltd. & Mega Bollywood Private Ltd. Although the concept & storyline of this movie seems to be average, what sets this horror film apart, is its amazing special effects for shooting the gruesome death scenes. This film is scheduled to hit the theaters on January 13 2012.
