June 27th Written Update - Summary

Jagat is watching Shiv and Anandi on TV. Gauri asks him if he is upset about Anandi becoming so famous. He says that he is amazed that Anandi has become so popular by working on her own. Rather she is jealous of Anandi. She has also used Jagat to make herself a success. Gauri says that he had made a mistake on his own and now blaming Gauri for all this. Gauri says that he ran away to Jaitser without telling her and not bothering about his MS exams. He says that she does not respect him and hence got a job for him and told everybody else. She said that Jagat does not do anything for her. He was not able to keep a job too. Now he is totally useless and has spoilt her dreams. Jagat goes away.
Dadisa calls Basant and tells him that the jeep broke down so she will be late. They should start Shiv’s birthday party without waiting for her.
Jagat is walking outside in the rain. He goes to the temple. He is upset that he has done wrong with Anandi. But he also had to leave his family for her. Anandi is getting all happiness but all bad things are happening with him.
Shiv gets a call from his mother in the evening. She tells him that she had gone to look for a girl for him. He says that there is no party for him. Basant comes to call Shiv to the haveli as Dadisa has called him.
Jagat is walking alone on the road. He is lonely as he has no job, no family. Even Gauri appears distant now. He wonders why all this has happened.
Shiv and Basant reach the haveli and find it dark. They go inside and girls come down with diyas on their head. Then Anandi comes with aarti thali and does tilak of Shiv. He is very happy. She wishes him from all at Jaitser. All come and wish Shiv. He is overwhelmed on seeing the decoration and everybody else organizing the party.
