June 26th Written Update - Summary

Gauri goes to the bar and asks him to stop drinking. Jagat says that she has come there to order him. She asks him to come home. He refuses and starts to argue. She says that she got him a job in SNG hospital. He says that he never asked her to refer him for a job. Jagat says that she wanted to boss over him, that was the only reason she had got him the job. She says that his ego was hurt, that was the only issue.
Dadisa goes to the temple and rushes as she has to reach back home. There she meets Urmi devi who asks him about Shiv. She says that there is a proposal for her daughter from Shiv.
Dadisa gets into a thoughtful mood. Dadisa asks her about her daughter and her education. She is told that she is MBA. She is told that Shiv’s mother likes her daughter. Urmi devi asks about Shiv’s temper. Dadisa agrees and says that he does not let anybody speak in front of him. She says that he has made the life of Bhim Singh miserable. She also says that he does not like anybody arguing or going against his wishes. Urmi Devi says that she is a modern girl who is cheerful and likes to dress up. She also tells her that Shiv has a girlfriend who lives in London. Dadisa is happy with herself as she has cleared the way for Anandi.
Shiv comes back to office. Bhim Singh says that he wants to leave early. Shiv is looking at the streamer that he had taken out from Anandi’s hair. He is wondering why no one has wished him on his birthday, including Bhim Singh. Gehna gives a saree to Anandi that Dadisa has got for her to be worn in the evening.
Bhairon and Basant have got ready for Shiv’s birthday party. Basant is worried that Dadisa is so excited about Shiv and Anandi’s marriage that she may say something in front of all that may embarrass Shiv and Anandi. Just then Anandi comes on TV along with Shiv.
Jagat is watching TV where he sees Anandi on TV along with Shiv. Gauri also sees this. Jagat wonders who Shiv is.
