June 19th Written Update - Summary

Anandi reaches the house of the mehendi wali and asks her about Jyoti. She tells her that there was no marriage of any far relative of Jyoti but of Jyoti itself. Anandi scolds Meena. She says that she has to stop this marriage. She says that the marriage is somewhere in a nearby village. Anandi tells Meena that she has to find out the correct address of the marriage venue from Jyoti’s uncle who is going with the sweets. Meena does this and informs Anandi.
Anandi informs about all this to Dadisa. She tells her that she is upset that all this happened in her own village. Dadisa tells her that Anandi will be able to stop it. Anandi tells her that she is going to Sumergarh. Dadisa asks her to take her and Bhairon along with her. She says that she has no time to wait and goes away. She gets a call from Shiv and informs him about all this. Shiv tells her not to go alone. But Anandi is already on her way. Shiv gets worried.
Anandi remembers her own marriage and also when Jagat leaves her.
Anandi reaches the marriage venue. She gets angry with Jyoti’s parents and demands to meet Jyoti. He gets her to meet Jyoti. She says that she would not let him spoil Jyoti’s life. He says that he has found a good match for Jyoti. Also, the baraat has come. Anandi says that she would come and talk to the groom’s family. Jyoti’s mother asks Anandi to leave and says that marriage will take place. Anandi says that if the marriage does not stop, she would be forced to call the place. Jyoti’s father takes Jyoti away and promises to get the groom’s father to the room. He goes out and locks the room with Anandi inside. Anandi cries for help but cannot be heard in the music outside.
She calls up Bhairon but he cannot hear her due to the music in the background. He and Dadisa get worried.
