June 12th Written Update - Summary

Ashi comes down wearing Anandi’s clothes and Shiv is highly impressed. Dadisa gets upset at this. She feels that Anandi should not have done this as it would have a bad impact on the relationship between Anandi and Anandi. Ashi wants some photos taken. She gives that camera to Anandi. Ashi wants photos to be taken with Shiv also. Then she wants a photo with both Shiv and Anandi. Dadisa takes this photo and cuts out Ashi from the photo. Ashi takes photos with other family members too.
Dadisa wants to talk to Shiv. She asks him to come home again.
Ashi thanks all before going back. Shiv also thanks them. Anandi says that Ashi can keep her dress and jewelry.
Anandi says that it appears that Ashi likes Shiv. Dadisa says that she should not say like that.
Jagat goes for the interview to SNG hospital. They offer him the job and ask him to go through the terms and conditions. He realizes that he is being offered less money and the post of Assistant doctor. He feels that at least he is getting a job in a good hospital. So he agrees.
Shiv, Ashi and Anandi are going in the jeep. Ashi is taking photos. Shiv asks Anandi why Mangal Singh has refused to give up land. Anandi informs that there are other farmers too. This is why the canal project has stopped.
Mangal Singh is canvassing against Shiv. Shiv reaches and asks Mangal Singh what the matter is. He says that Shiv is trying to grab his land. Shiv says that they are being paid compensation. Mangal Singh says that the compensation will never reach them and all farmers refuse to give their land. Shiv says that canal is a good project and they will all be forced to give up their land. The situation gets heated up and Anandi intervenes.
Anandi talks to Mangal Singh about her daughter who is married in a place where there is scarcity of water. She says that the canal is going to benefit many such villages with scarce water. She says that Shiv and she will ensure that the compensation will reach them without any delay or else they will sit on a dharna. Mangal Singh apologizes and says that Shambhu had misguided them. Ashi and Shiv are impressed with Anandi.
