June 7th Written Update - Summary

Anandi goes to Shiv’s office in order to enquire about his role in getting grant for her school. She shows her unhappiness as she did not want his help. She says that he is taking pity on her after listening to what Hait Singh had said for her. She says that her husband has left her but that does not make her weak. He should not interfere in her matters. She says that she will refuse the grant.
Shiv asks her to sit down and have water in order to cool down. He says that he has done all this not because he has taken pity on her. He has a responsibility towards development of the state. He used his power for that and not for hurting her ego. Anandi apologizes for reaching a conclusion without knowing anything. He says that it is alright as both are working for the development of Jaitser.
He says not to bother about what Hait Singh about her as it does not influence his opinion for her. Rather, it has helped him to respect her more. She takes back her grant letter and goes away.
Another car enters. A girl gets down and all start looking at her. She asks for Shiv in English. People are surprised when she hugs Shiv.
That girl is talking about the fun she had at the wedding in Udaipur. Shiv asks about her shopping. She says that she did not get time. He says that she will get more ethnic stuff in Jaitser. She wants to have genuine Rajasthani food. Shiv says that Bhim Singh has gone away and his cook is on leave. He decides to get it from Dadiji as proper Rajasthani food will be available there only and not in a hotel.
Gauri is talking to her HR manager for a job for Jagat. They are looking for a MD doctor only. She convinces them to meet him once. They agree and decide to call him.
Shiv goes to Anandi’s house and is hesitant for asking them to prepare food for Ashima. Just then Dadisa comes in. She asks if Anandi met him. She asks him to come inside. He asks for her help in getting a cook to make Rajasthani food for his guests from London. She says that she will get the food prepared at her house and asks him to bring the guests to her house.
