May 24th Written Update - Summary

Khushi is determined to find Arnav and striving to find some way to find him without the help of police. She gets back to her home. She finds an advertisement in the newspaper of a detective and tries to call them up from her cell but the battery was low so she calls up from the cordless residence phone and before anyone could pick up the phone But then she sees Shyam coming over to her and taking off the newspaper.
 
The residence phone rings and Manorama picks it up and she gets surprised to hear that the call is from a detective agency. She figures out that Khushi had made the last call. She is now curious to know, why she had called up the detective agency. Khushi rushes and somehow manages out to take away the newspaper from Shyam. Khushi then calls up the detective agency and fixes an appointment that incidentally Manorama over hears. While she was going to meet the detective, Nani Ji stops her and asks where is she going? She tells Nani Ji that she is going to buy some fresh vegetables for her Dabba Service. Nani Ji asks her to take Chandu along. He didn’t want to go but Manorama insists him to go with her. Khushi somehow manages to confuse him and to make him forget that he was about to go with her. Manorama was watching all this.
 
When Khushi reaches the detective agency, someone is following her. She informs the funny looking agents that her husband is lost. They ask her how much ransom money has been asked. She tells them it is nothing like that. He had just left for London five days back but has not reached there. They ask for his documents and details but she tells them that this has to be kept secret. They ask for Rs.20, 000 a day as their fees. She gets astonished and leaves from there. Someone is still following her.
 
She gets back home and searches for her phone. Shyam comes in her room with her phone in hand. Shyam asks her the reason for her worry. Khushi angrily refuses to tell him anything. Shyam gives her the phone back and asks her “why do you need the phone so urgently? Arnav will not call you”. Khushi starts crying. Shyam shows her fake concerns but Khushi strongly takes herself out of his clasp. Now Khushi questions him back...”why are you not worried about those papers anymore?” Shyam looked like if she had caught her red handed. Shyam makes an excuse that he has corrected the old papers so he doesn’t wants those papers back. He was tensed when Anjali asks him why he is so worried. Shyam suddenly shouts at her but then suddenly calms down and tells her that it’s only the business matters and leaves.
 
Manorama comes to Khushi’s room and asks Khushi to keep answering her questions without asking her anything. Manorama asks her about what Arnav had talked to her that day on phone. Khushi could just reply that he had only said that he is fine. Manorama leaves the room but Khushi is left surprised about why Manorama is asking such questions about Arnav.
