May 7th Written Update - Summary

The picnic is going along well. They plan separate teams for men and women. They are given caps by Akshara and Naitik. The spoon and lemon race is between Bhabhima and Daddaji. Mohit is giving a running commentary. Daddaji loses as his lemon falls. Naitik is concerned as men are losing. Akshara is happy and says that her mother has won the race.

Mohit announces the next race. This has Gayatri and Roshni on one side. Their husbands are on the other side. They have to tie one of the legs of each partner with each other. Here too, the women win. Next is the sack race. Here, it is the men who win.

In the next race, participants are blindfolded and women win once again. Akshara is very happy. Next is the jalebi race. In this Akshara and Naitik participate. Naitik likes jalebi a lot, so Akshara says that he will win. They have to jump and eat jalebi. Just then it starts raining. People go to different places in order to protect themselves from the rain. The whole atmosphere becomes highly romantic. Even Anshu calls up Dia. All couples are very happy and enjoying the rain. Akshara and Naitik are very happy.

There the thief falls down and the purse slips from his hand. Akshara loses her way in the jungle. She picks up a stick and tries to hit when she sees an unknown person. That person has the purse. He gives it back to Akshara. She is not able to find her way back. The unknown person tries to guide her.
